Child Introduction

At Parkway Baptist Church, we celebrate God’s gift of children and we recognize the responsibility that accompanies this gift.

We understand that you, as parents, have a simple but profound responsibility to evangelize and disciple your children.

Our congregation is grounded in a Christian faith that is genuine, unchanging, focused on what matters to God and based in love and truth.

We desire to partner with you and support you in forming the foundation that your child will build his or her life upon. We have some wonderful ministry opportunities to help you create a foundation based on God’s word.

Where to find us

If this is your first time visiting, Welcome! Our Preschool Hall is located directly across from our Welcome Center on the Back Hall. Head to the Welcome Center and Our Children’s Ministry Director will be on hand to check in your child. If they are school aged, you will walk them upstairs to the Children’s hall. We will have someone walk with you to show you the way!

Sundays 9:00 AM

Loving care and age-appropriate Bible study is provided to help children grow in their understanding of God. The material is Bible-based and geared to the physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development of the children.

Sundays 5:00 pm

During our Submerge Bible study on Sunday nights, the children will meet upstairs for their own Bible study and activities. This will start back on September 10th!

Wednesday 5:45-6:45 pm

On Wednesdays, we focus on teaching the kids about missions. The boys are taught through the Royal Ambassadors curriculum, and the girls use Girls in Action.
