Missions 101: Wednesday Nights at Parkway
November 18 | 5:45 pm – 6:45 pm

For four weeks, Kiley Ham from GSI will walk us through the Missions 101 Workshop during our Bible Study time.
Kiley Ham is a graduate of Mississippi College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. After 20 career years in corporate America, he surrendered to a ministry role at Colonial Heights Baptist Church. Serving as the Global Discipleship Pastor and an elder, he led the church to prioritize sending workers into the field to plant churches in areas with little or no access to the gospel. This process included creating a sending culture within the church, developing a pipeline for missions and ministry workers, managing a system of short-term partnerships that supported the long-term missions strategy, and creating care systems for workers.
Kiley now serves with GSI as the Church Relations Director, fostering relationships with partner churches, and leading Missions 101 and Missions 102 workshops. He’s also a part of GSI’s Member Care Team providing additional pastoral support, and helping workers and churches navigate the team formation process on the field.
He is married to his wife Tami for almost 33 years and they have 3 children, Abby, Jake, and Elyssa. He enjoys hunting turkeys and deer, and camping with his wife.
Kiley’s primary ministry passions are mobilizing more churches to send workers to the unreached and helping to shepherd workers to encourage and aid them staying on the field long-term.
